Alice P Ruppenstein RN BSN MS
Certified Professional Life Coach

I earned my Bachelors Degree in Nursing in 1974 from Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, IL. I have had a long and varied nursing career that has included hospital, nursing home, home health and physician’s office experience. My experience goes from pediatrics to geriatrics in internal medicine, family practice, allergy and orthopedic settings. What I’ve always been drawn to is really getting to know my patients as complete individuals and not just their symptoms or diagnosis.
In 1989 I completed a Master of Science Degree in Health Administration from the University of St. Francis in Joliet IL For the last 10 years I have been working for Abbott Laboratories, initially as a Data Management Coordinator and most recently as a Clinical Safety Analyst reviewing data from clinical trails of new drugs being developed by the company.
In April of 2007 I completed my training and earned my certification as a Professional Life Empowerment Coach from iPEC.
I’m a single parent with two grown sons and reside in a western suburb of Chicago. With my experience both professional and life my hope is to help others find their best answers to and achieve becoming the person they want to be and living their best life.
